Can I just speak to them Without The Hard Sell?
I don’t know about you, but I absolutely dread going to any car dealership. Within seconds (even for a service) the suits are around me and they are asking me to “sit in this new car” and “have I thought about an upgrade” – this is every introvert’s nightmare. Therefore, I wanted to answer this question honestly. So I did some undercover work and called Motorfinity posing as a customer (cheeky I know!).
